Responsibilities For State Tested Nursing Assistant Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility by helping residents transfer, reposition, and use assistive devices. Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Assist with meals and monitor nutritional intake.
