What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse with Right at Home Anne Arundel, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive safe, high-quality home care services by providing clinical assessments and oversight.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive initial client assessments and ongoing reassessments

  • Perform medication management visits as required

  • Complete caregiver supervisory visits and competency assessments

  • Assess clients' physical condition, functional status, and home environment

  • Identify safety risks and recommend appropriate interventions

  • Educate caregivers on proper care techniques, including Hoyer lift transfers, mobility assistance, and other client-specific skills

  • Monitor changes in client condition and communicate recommendations to the care team

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and complete electronic documentation

  • Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations, agency policies, and clinical standards

  • Support continuous quality improvement and exceptional client experiences

What we're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland in good standing

  • Current BLS/CPR Certification

  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle

  • Ability to travel throughout Anne Arundel County

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English


Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:

Clinical experience with any of the following is a plus:
