Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Help clients with hobbies, exercise, and other activities to promote mental and physical well-being

  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping as needed

  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the care team

  • Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support

Qualifications and Skills: Prefer 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons Exceptions to this requirement are for recently licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Personal Care Aid (PCA), caring for a family member or persons who will only be providing companionship and housekeeping services.
