Job Summary

About the Role

As a Home Care Aide (HCA) with Right at Home Torrance, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and social support to our clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and outings

  • Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services as needed

  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients

  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and care staff to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Home Care Aide (HCA) responsibilities may also include bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as managing medical conditions and medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse

Requirements

  • Home Care Aide (HCA) certification or willingness to obtain

  • Home Care Aide (HCA) training or experience in caregiving

  • Ability to lift, bend, and move safely while providing care
