Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our team in a mobile role. This position offers flexibility to create your own schedule while managing clients and caregivers through onsite assessments and evaluations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onsite assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their care needs.

  • Manage and oversee the care provided by caregivers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans.

  • Provide training and support to caregivers to ensure they meet the needs of clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

  • Oversee the implementation and evaluation of client care services.

  • Participate in the review, analysis, and appraisal of the effectiveness of clients’ care plans


Qualifications:

  • Current license to practice as an RN in Georgia.

  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in home health/nursing home preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

     

Compensation:

  • $82 per client assessment plus mileage

  • $45 per caregiver evaluation

  • $45 an hour for all nursing tasks

  • $25 an hour for nursing meetings
