We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing home care team.

Our nurses play an important role in providing safe, professional, and client-centered care while helping individuals remain comfortable and independent in their homes.


Registered Nurse (RN)
Hourly Rate: $40 - $48

Requirements:

* Must have a valid and current RN license

* Previous home health, home care, or community-based nursing experience preferred

* Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

* Excellent communication and documentation skills

* Able to work independently and coordinate care effectively

* Compassionate, professional, and dependable

* Must be able to follow applicable state regulations and care standards


Responsibilities may include:

* Conducting client assessments and monitoring changes in condition

* Developing, implementing, and updating care plans as appropriate

* Providing skilled nursing care according to the client's needs

* Supervising and coordinating care with caregivers and other members of the care team

* Communicating with physicians, clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

* Providing education and guidance to clients and caregivers

* Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

* Responding appropriately to changes in a client's condition



Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Hourly Rate: $25 - $31
Requirements:

* Must have a valid and current LPN license

* Previous home care or healthcare experience preferred

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Able to provide safe and compassionate nursing care

* Reliable, professional, and client-focused

* Able to work independently while collaborating with the care team

* Must be able to follow applicable state regulations and care standards


Responsibilities may include:

* Providing nursing care according to the client's care plan

* Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition

* Assisting with medications and other nursing-related tasks within the scope of practice

* Supporting clients with their healthcare needs

* Communicating with the RN, physicians, family members, and care team

* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

* Promoting client safety, comfort, and independence
