Unit Manager (RN) Needed for South Haven Nursing & Rehab!

Additional Offerings:

Full Time: 8 AM - 4 PM

On Call and some Night/Weekend PRN

MUST Have Managerial Experience in a Skilled Nursing Setting!

Must hold current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities for RN Unit Manager:

  • RN will plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON.

  • Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

  • Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

  • Registered Nurse will supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

QUALIFICATIONS for RN Unit Manager:

  • At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.

  • A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License

  • Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

  • Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations

  • Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
