About the Role:

As an LPN at Meadow Falls of Bath, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Performing routine medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and performing wound care

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitoring resident conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to supervising nurses

  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio
