Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Qualifications

Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
Federal DEA License/eligibility
Geriatric training/experience preferred
Active CPR/BLS Certification
Board Certification
Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Our 60-bed Level-IIIB NICU has 700 admissions annually and an average daily census of 47 babies. Services provided include high frequency ventilation and nitric oxide. There are two maternal-fetal medicine specialists on staff and the hospital offers a full range of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties. As one of our NNPs, you will provide in-house coverage caring for critically ill neonates and attend high-risk deliveries. NNP's take ownership of their own team of patients (up to 20) with all acuity levels. The shifts are 24 hours with an occasional 12-hour shift available.
