Average Pay by Facility Type (Possible after state certification) Hospitals & Acute Care: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (higher pay, but competitive for new grads) Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) / LTC: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour (frequently hire new grads and offer sign-on bonuses) Assisted Living & Home Health: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

The CNA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.
