As an LPN/LVN, you'll provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering safe, compassionate patient care

  • Collecting and reporting patient information

  • Carrying out physician and nursing orders

  • Performing therapeutic procedures

  • Providing age-appropriate care consistent with PAM Health policies and clinical standards

  • Assisting with other patient care responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state where the hospital is located

  • Current BLS certification

Preferred

    • One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience (preferred, not required)

    • Experience in emergency or critical care settings

    • Comfort caring for patients with ventilators, tracheostomies, PICC lines, and other complex medical needs

    • Two or more years of direct patient care experience

We are seeking an Admissions Director who is also an LPN The Admissions Director is responsible for overseeing the admission process of new patients/residents into the Skilled Nursing Facility. They work closely with medical professionals, families, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for patients into care. Key Responsibilities: Patient Admissions: Manage the entire admission process, from inquiry to patient entry into the facility, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely. Admissions Coordination: Work with physicians, social workers, and family members to assess and plan for patient care needs. Communication: Act as the main point of contact for new patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns regarding admission or care.
