What You'll Do

Provide hands-on assistance with nighttime ADLs including toileting, hygiene, and comfort care
Monitor residents' safety and respond promptly to call lights and overnight needs
Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
Support safe transfers and mobility using proper techniques and equipment
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided during the shift
Communicate effectively with nurses and the incoming/outgoing care team
Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols
