We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in our Behavioral Unit, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor and report any changes in resident status or condition to the charge nurse or supervisor
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments, such as social services and therapeutic recreation, to provide a holistic approach to resident care

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Ohio
• Minimum 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
