Key Responsibilities: · Provide leadership and direction to facility Directors of Nursing and clinical staff, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. · Oversee the implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. · Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives aimed at improving resident outcomes, satisfaction, and quality indicators. · Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical processes, systems, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices. · Provide guidance and support to facility teams in managing complex clinical cases, implementing care plans, and addressing resident and family concerns. · Serve as a liaison between facility clinical staff and corporate stakeholders, facilitating communication, sharing best practices, and driving alignment with organizational goals. · Stay abreast of emerging trends, research, and regulations in healthcare and skilled nursing, and provide education and training to facility staff to ensure compliance and readiness. Qualifications: · Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in good standing; advanced degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred. · Minimum of two years of progressive clinical leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on skilled nursing or long-term care settings. · Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality measures, and best practices in clinical care and patient safety. · Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve clinical excellence and quality outcomes. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. · Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop actionable plans, and drive implementation. · Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
