Responsibilities

The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN.

Qualifications

Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Clinical experience preferred.

This position will be working at Stearns County Jail in St. Cloud. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is an integral member of the Coordinated Care Clinic’s multidisciplinary team. This role is responsible for patient rooming, performing laboratory draws and EKGs, and communicating test results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers.
