Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care and nursing interventions
  • Complete patient assessments and monitor progress
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality standards
  • Promote patient safety through adherence to established clinical protocols

Work areas include ER, ICU, Med/Surg, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care

Schedule Details

  • Full-time, three 12-hour shifts
  • Rotating day/night shifts every 6 weeks
  • Weekend and holiday rotation required

 

Qualifications

  • Current RN License (Montana or compact)
  • BLS certification
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
