About the Role

A Unique 12–18 Month APP Emergency Medicine Training Program

New graduates and APPs transitioning into emergency medicine will participate in our residency‑style training program, which includes:

  • Dedicated physician educators with protected administrative time for teaching

  • Structured curriculum covering emergency medicine fundamentals, procedures, clinical decision‑making, and high‑acuity care

  • Graduated autonomy, allowing you to build confidence safely and steadily

  • Regular feedback, mentorship, and professional development support

  • Integration into our urgent care sites after completing core ED training

This program is designed to build strong, independent emergency medicine APPs who feel supported every step of the way.
