As a Full Time, Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents at the Viatris Family Health Center, powered by Premise Health, located in St. Albans, VT. 

The scheduled hours are Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:00a - 4:30p. Tuesday/Friday 6:00a - 2:30p.

What You’ll Do

  • Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice.
  • Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders.
  • Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
  • Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
  • Currently Licensed as a Practica Nurse in state of practice required.
  • Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
