LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Maumee, Ohio

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team at Ridgewood Manor Nursing Center in Maumee, Ohio. As a Medicare & Medicaid certified skilled nursing center, we provide the highest level of care to our patients, ranging from rehabilitation therapy to long-term skilled nursing care. At Ridgewood Manor, we pride ourselves on providing excellent care to our patients and we are looking for like-minded professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse

• Administer medications, including injections, orally, and topically

• Monitor and report patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with colleagues and healthcare providers

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and communication
