What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

  • Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.

  • Accurately document care, treatments, and observations.

  • Supervise and support STNAs while promoting quality resident care.

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.
