Hourly pay rate: $61

RN/ Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

  • Currently holds an active RN license to work in New York.
  • CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
  • Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
  • Strong patient assessment skills
  • Demonstrated clinical competency
  • Previous experience in and RN or RNS position.

Overview About the Role The Clinic Nurse Manager is an experienced clinical leader responsible for managing assigned areas and multiple services within the assigned practice, supervising assigned patient care personnel during clinic operations. The Clinic Nurse Manager is responsible to ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient care and clinical outcomes, compliance with regulatory, administrative, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures. The Clinic Nurse Manager is seen as an expert in clinical practice topics and is proficient in personnel management and directs care to meet the unit demands in an efficient and cost-effective manner, as well as assisting with clinic budget management. This position reports to the Administrative Director of the practice and the Executive Director Clinical Operations. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Maintains nursing and clinical operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures within the assigned practice in the Ambulatory Care Center. “Owns” clinic operations and exercises broad oversight for clinic patient throughput, provider performance, and clinical and/or support services. Maintains accountability for daily staffing patterns and appropriate skill mix to support the practice’s volume and acuity.
