Requirements:

Must have completed a state-approved Nurse Aide / CNA program.
Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
Current Nurse Aide / CNA certification.
Minimum of 1-year hospital experience as a Nurse Aide / CNA (most recent experience within the last year).
Must show competency performing blood glucose testing, obtaining and documenting vital signs, intake and output, and weight.
