The Medical Assistant performs clinical support services, assists with clerical duties and maintains patient care documentation in medical records. This position is responsible for providing professional care to patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • High School graduate, or equivalent, preferred

  • Certified or eligible for certification within 2 years of employment as a Medical Assistant in the state of employment, or completion of a Medical Assistant program

  • Current CPR certification
