About the Role:

As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our residents during the Weekend shifts. RN Supervisor will lead a team of dedicated nurses and caregivers, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and service. Your strong leadership and clinical skills will help to maintain a positive and supportive work environment, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of nurses and caregivers during the evening shift
Conduct resident care assessments and develop individualized care plans
Coordinate and supervise the delivery of care and services to residents
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Strong leadership and clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

OVERVIEW: Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department. Maintains quality clinical care for residents/patients in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Facility. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervises the clinical care planning and delivery processes to ensure the coordination of quality patient care.
