What You’ll Be Doing: 

Here at Stanton Park Health & Rehabilitation the RN Registered Nurse provides nursing care within scope of practice to ensure resident's needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.

About this Job: General Summary of Position The Senior Director of Nursing Research assumes a leadership role in setting the MedStar Health system nursing vision and strategy for research and scientific inquiry. The Senior Director provides expertise and operational leadership for nursing research evidence-based practice (EBP) and outcomes evaluation for key nursing programs. The Senior Director builds systemwide research capacity accelerates clinical nurse-led inquiry and research activities that support Magnet recognition and nursing excellence in alignment with system nursing strategic plan and priority goals.
