FINANCE Participation in development of clinical operating budget, capital budget, staffing and volume projections. Assists in the development of plans for cost containment in all clinical areas and implements and oversees the same to ensure successful completion of goals. Assists in the development and implementation of action plans with the Director for the OR and sterile processing areas to ensure course correction as requested by leadership. Reviews productivity of the OR department to ensure appropriate staffing as well as fiscal responsibility. Assists with supply PAR level management. Maintains updated lists for equipment / instrumentation needs. GROWTH Establishes and maintains communication with physicians to ensure effective problem solving.
