REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN License.  
  • CPR required.  
  • ACLS required.  
  • Minimum one year in pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative surgical patient care.

Critically ill children are cared for with such treatment modalities as mechanical ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, ventricular assist devices, temporary pacemaker therapy, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy and acute hemodialysis.
