Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts. 7pm-7am

Pay: Up to $45.00/hour (Based on years of experience).  Ask about weekend shift diff and ask about our no paid leave status for the opportunity to earn more $$.

The Admissions Nurse plays an important role in helping ensure a smooth transition for patients entering the center. This position works closely with referral sources, patients, families, nursing leadership, physicians, case managers, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to review clinical information, coordinate admissions, and help ensure incoming patients can be safely and appropriately served. Position Responsibilities Review clinical information and referral documentation for prospective admissions. Communicate with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, referral sources, patients, and families regarding potential admissions.
