Saint Luke's North Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Medical Intermediate Unit.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Intermediate Unit
Schedule: Full Time, 36 Hours/Week – Nights
 

As a nurse on this Intermediate Unit you will provide care to a diverse patient population with a variety of conditions, procedures, and treatment plans. This position will give you the opportunity to learn and expand your nursing skills. This position will allow you to be part of unit and system wide committees to improve patient care.

Responsibilities:
•    Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
•    Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
•    Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
•    This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various

Associate Degree
