As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. In this 7am-7pm shift, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Conduct routine assessments and document patient information accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Respond to patient needs and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply!)
