About the Role

EMP Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered perioperative care.

You will prepare and care for patients throughout the surgical process, monitor patient needs, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, physicians, and the multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Current New Mexico RN license or active multistate compact RN license required.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant RN experience required.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required or must be obtained within two weeks of hire.
  • Ability to obtain required department certifications within six months, as applicable.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Operating Room environment.

Compensation

  • $33.00–$51.00 per hour.
  • Estimated annual salary of $68,640–$106,080 based on a 40-hour workweek.
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Relocation assistance of up to $5,000, subject to eligibility requirements.
