The Heritage is a 5-star, 79-bed nursing home building a great team—and we're looking for an LPN who wants to be part of it for the long term.

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced LPN who is looking for more than a temporary position. We want someone who is ready to build relationships with our residents, become part of our team, and grow with The Heritage.

What You'll Do

Provide quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly.
Complete accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
Use Sigma Care for electronic clinical documentation.
Work closely with CNAs, RNs, physicians, residents, and families.
Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.
Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

Current LPN license in good standing.
Long-term-care or nursing-home experience preferred.
Experience with Sigma Care preferred.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Dependable and committed to providing consistent resident care.
Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented.
Looking for a long-term position, not a short-term opportunity.
