The RN is under the general supervision of the Director of Inpatient Nursing and Registered Nurse in charge, when not in charge. The position requires flexibility of scheduling and ability to work all shift patterns including weekends and holidays to insure continuity of care and appropriateness of nursing coverage to the patients of Five Rivers Medical Center on all units.
