Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and supervision to our evening shift nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest standards
Develop and implement effective mentoring and coaching strategies to enhance staff performance and growth
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify areas for improvement
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
