RN Weekend Supervisor Shift: Full Time 7a-11p We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees day‑to‑day nursing activities during assigned shifts. All responsibilities must align with accepted professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care. Responsibilities Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans. Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes. Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs. Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full Time and Part Time 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a PRN We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility. This role ensures residents receive quality care in accordance with established standards and regulations.
