Summary

  • The RN delivers patient care within the hospital setting under the supervision of a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

  • Supports direct care staff and facilitates efficient patient flow.

  • Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients, maintaining emergency equipment and other resources necessary for providing safe, high-quality care.

Schedule

  • Casual position | On-site

  • Various shifts as needed. Weekdays, weekend and holidays.

Pay 

  • Starting pay begins at $42.86 per hour. Actual rate depends on experience and degree level.
    • Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

 

Qualifications

  • Associate or higher RN degree in Nursing from accredited school of nursing required.

  • RN experience preferred but not required.  New Graduates welcome to apply!

  • RN License from the State of Minnesota required.

  • BLS required within 6 months of hire.

  • ACLS required within 1 year of hire.

  • TNCC/CALS required within 1 year of hire or first opportunity when trained to charge. 

 

Department

The CentraCare Benson Hospital is a 21-bed critical access hospital with an attached rural health clinic.  A $5.3 million clinic and hospital addition/renovation project was completed in the fall of 2013.  Our group of family physicians, nurse practitioners and visiting specialists work together to provide a wide range of medical services for Benson and the surrounding area.
