About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital part in delivering compassionate and individualized care to our patients. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to our nursing staff
Providing emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families
Collaborating with our nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Washington
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with geriatric or chronically ill patients
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
Certification in CPR and First Aid
