Primary Responsibilities:

The APC Collaborative Teaching Pod is a unique and innovative opportunity for learning Value Based Primary Care. The four providers to join the Pod will work together to co-manage a panel of patients, supported by their supervising physician and a different preceptor for each session. Each month they will have a didactics session and opportunities to learn from their colleagues in medical specialties. The Teaching Pod will last for one year, with the potential for job placement within the organization after successful completion of the program.

Required Qualifications:

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Job Summary This position is FT, 40hrs, Outpatient, 4-10s, M-F Join a supportive Advanced Practice Team in a role supporting the Massachusetts General Brigham Cancer Institute in Boston, MA! This practice specializes in the care of patients with a variety of benign hematologic diagnoses. This team has a demonstrated history of providing exquisite, evidence-based patient care. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to work in this invigorating and collaborative environment. The hematology APP will provide direct patient care to ambulatory patients. With an interdisciplinary team approach, this provider will promote a collaborative relationship between providers, professional nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure continuity of patient care in the management of their disease and related issues as well as to develop expertise in these fields. Within this role, the advanced practice provider will be responsible for a panel of patients. Other responsibilities include caring for patients throughout their continuum of care and fostering collaboration with other professionals within the hospital and clinics to facilitate patient care. The NP is responsible for the assessment and management of various populations of patients, medical and/or surgical, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, development of appropriate plans of care and ongoing evaluation.
