Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed LTC/skilled nursing facility. We are currently seeking Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality resident care and support our nursing team as needed.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition

  • Support nursing staff with routine care tasks

  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment

 

Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts CNA certification

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Long-term care experience preferred

Full-time openings on 7a-3p. Weekly pay ranges from $19 to $24 an hour. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) the primary purpose of your job position is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse. Experience & Education: Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, be in the process of obtaining one, or recently graduated from a state-approved CNA course. CPR certification preferred, but not necessary. New graduates welcome! Duties & Responsibilities: Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident. Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under his/her care. Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly.
