As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Excelcare at Troy Hills you will play a vital part in maintaining clinical excellence and resident well-being.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
