We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Excelcare at Troy Hills. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing clinical operations, staff supervision, and patient care delivery during your shift. RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift
Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
Oversee clinical documentation and care plans
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Respond to clinical emergencies and staffing needs
Promote a positive team culture and strong clinical outcomes

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
1+ years of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
