About the Role:

Assist our licensed nurses with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting independence and dignity for our residents.
Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and vital signs, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personalized care and support to residents, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and vital signs
• Participate in meaningful activities, leading social events and encouraging resident engagement
