Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to registered nurses and other healthcare team members
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
