CNA / Resident Appointment Scheduler & Transportation Driver

Solon Pointe is hiring a CNA to schedule resident appointments, provide transportation, and help on the floor when needed. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working directly with residents and can keep a busy schedule organized.

What you’ll do

  • Schedule medical appointments and coordinate details with residents, families, nursing staff, and providers

  • Maintain the appointment and transportation calendar and prepare needed paperwork

  • Drive residents safely to and from appointments and assist them in and out of the vehicle

  • Keep transportation records accurate and the facility vehicle ready for use

  • Work on the floor as a CNA when needed, providing hands-on resident care and supporting the nursing team

What you’ll need

  • Current CNA certification required

  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Dependability and a compassionate approach to resident care

  • Basic computer skills; scheduling or transportation experience is a plus
