We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and results-driven Director of Clinical Services to lead our hospice operations and clinical team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient and family care, maintaining regulatory compliance, developing our clinical team, and supporting the continued growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications

Strong, results-driven leader with excellent organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.

5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, with hospice experience strongly preferred.
2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
