Compensation

Weekday pay starts at $33.00 with full benefits or up to $35.00 for no-frills options

Weekend pay starts at $36.00

Charge Nurse Department: Nursing Services Reports To: Director of Nursing (DON) / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Position Summary The Charge Nurse is responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing care provided to residents within a nursing home and rehabilitation facility. The Charge Nurse ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective communication among residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
