What You'll Do

Every client is different, but your goal is the same: help them live safely and comfortably at home while bringing a little more joy to their day.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and conversation
  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
  • Helping with mobility and transfers
  • Preparing meals and assisting with mealtime
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry
  • Assisting with errands and transportation
  • Following individualized client care plans
  • Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
  • Completing required visit documentation
  • Providing dependable, compassionate support to clients and their families

We're Looking for Caregivers Who Are:

  • Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others
  • Dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
  • Professional and able to communicate effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a client's home
  • Experienced in caregiving, CNA, HHA, home care, senior care, or a related setting

The on-call scheduler will contact you in the morning and let you know where to report. Schedule will vary slightly but be between the hours of 7am-5pm M-F. Usually you will work 20 - 40 hours, but always paid for 40. Some days will start later and/or end earlier. Sometimes we may not have a call off but you will still be paid. We are a senior home care company. You will travel to client homes to provided one on one care with ADLs and light housekeeping. You will be paid the full 40 hours regardless of if you don't work the full 40.
