We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our facility. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care, including infection control and medication administration.
  • Oversee the implementation of clinical protocols related to anatomy knowledge, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards.
  • Provide training and education to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures.
  • Address any staffing issues or conflicts promptly to maintain a cohesive work environment.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Proven experience in a nursing management role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control practices, and sterile processing techniques.
  • Proficiency in medication administration and IV infusion protocols.
  • Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation.
  • Experience in team management with excellent communication skills.
  • Background in emergency medicine and behavioral health is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
