This role offers the ability to build lasting relationships with patients while practicing in a well-supported environment connected to South Carolina’s leading academic health system. The OB/GYN group manages a vibrant women’s health practice with approximately 375 deliveries annually and a daily patient volume of approximately 25 patients per provider. Through MUSC Health, the APP will have access to specialty and subspecialty support, advanced technology, Epic resources, clinical centers of excellence, and the broader expertise of an academic medical center.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner program with current board certification, or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current South Carolina licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure, as a WHNP or PA
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
DHEC and DEA license applications initiated before the first day of employment
At least one year of clinical experience as a WHNP or PA

About MUSC Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine: The MUSC Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy, and Sleep Medicine is recognized for comprehensive and patient-centered respiratory and sleep care, offering access to a broad spectrum of subspecialty services. Advanced pulmonary diagnostics and lung disease management Accredited sleep centers with comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services Multidisciplinary care for COPD, asthma, and interstitial lung disease Bronchoscopy and advanced airway procedures Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with current licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina. Currently licensed (or eligible) in the state of South Carolina as a Physician Assistant by the South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners or as a Nurse Practitioner with the SC Board of Nursing.
