Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing care and support to multiple residents, including:

  • Following the resident's individual care and service plan in providing daily wellness checks, housekeeping, incontinence management, and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.

  • Escorting residents to activities, meals, and outside appointments as needed.

  • Assisting in development and updating of each resident's individual service plan and charting the daily services you are providing.

  • Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities.
